Having been immersed in the restaurant industry since the age of 10, my journey began when my father opened his first Taco Shop in 1974 in San Diego. His guidance and expertise laid the foundation for my culinary education and passion for the business.
In 2009, I introduced my own concept: Burros & Fries Fresh Mexican Grill, which I launched in Tijuana, Mexico. This innovative venture reflects a dedication to providing fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine.
Since then, we have successfully expanded across the border into San Diego, establishing several locations. The growth of my business has been a rewarding experience, made possible by the support of our wonderful customers. I aim to share the knowledge and skills instilled in me by my father through every dish we serve.
